Formation of the contract
With your order, you place a firm offer to grounded to conclude a contract with you. The contract officially goes into effect with the receipt of an order confirmation email or delivery of the product(s). At first you will receive a confirmation about the receipt of your order which will be send to your given email address (order confirmation). A contract is validated only with the express acceptance by project grounded through email or, at the very latest, with the shipment of the goods. The order through our online store includes 4 steps in total. First step is to choose your products. Second step is to complete your personal data including invoice address and, if necessary, deviating delivery address. It is possible by clicking on the respective option to create a customer account. Now, the payment method can be chosen. Concluding, you confirm by clicking on the respective option that you have read and fully understood both the terms and conditions as well as power of revocation. At the bottom of the page you can see an overview of all items of your order before transmitting your order by clicking on the “Buy Now” button. Please go through your order details carefully and check them for mistakes. If you find mistakes please contact us, stating your order number and problems you have had.
Saving the treaty
In the case of an order, we save the treaty. We will send you a receipt of your order as well as an order confirmation with all your order data to the given email address.
Retention of title
We retain title of ownership to the goods, delivered or not, until the purchase price has been paid in full.
Prices, shipping fee, return costs due to cancellation
All prices are final, including any statutory turnover tax.
Shipping fee is flat, based on weight and country of destination which includes packing, handling, transport insurance, delivery and VAT. Please look at the Table of shipping cost You will get an email with the details and tracking link after your parcel have been processed in our store.

Conditions of delivery
Delivery times apply as stated in the shop and these start after receipt of payment.
Payment is either made as a prepayment through advance bank transfer, PayPal or by credit card. We retain the right to accept or deny certain forms of payment in individual cases. When the advance payment is chosen, we inform our bank account in the order confirmation and deliver the goods after payment has been received. The invoice amount is to be transferred to our account within 10 days.
The warranty for our products is based on the statutory provisions.
With preparation, end, winding up and back winding up of a bill of sale data are raised, stored and processed by us within the scope of the legal regulations. If you visit our website, the following data is collected: the current IP-address used by your PC, date and time of your visit to our website, and the pages and content viewed by you, the browser type, and the browser version and operating system of your PC. All presonal data, which you transmitt to us by an order or email (f.ex. your name and contact details) will solely be used for correspondence with you and is exclusively processed for the purpose you intended when submitting the data. We pass your data on only to the service provider entrusted with the delivery and to the extent necessary to perform this service. For the processing of payments we must pass on the relevant data to the authorized banking institution. We assure not to forward your personal data to third parties except for legal requirements or when you gave your consent. As far as we take up services of third for the realisation and winding up of processing processes, the regulations of the federal data protection act are kept.
Duration of data retention
Submitted data will only be stored until the purpose for which you disclosed it is served. Insofar as storage periods under commercial and tax law have to be complied with, the storage duration for some data may be up to 10 years.
Should you no longer agree with the storage of your personal data or if the data is no longer correct, we will cause the deletion or disabling of your personal data on your notice or make the necessary corrections, as far as this is possible according to applicable law. Upon request we will provide details free of charge of all personal data relating to you that we have stored.
